Our service is separate from and does not include the official U.S. government visa application or MRV fee.

• You must provide us with valid login credentials for your official visa appointment portal to use our services. You are responsible for any actions taken using your credentials while using our Service.
• You understand that our service does not guarantee a specific appointment date, time, or the issuance of a visa. Final visa decisions are made solely by U.S. Consular Officers.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments for our services are non-refundable. You agree to pay the fees associated with the service you select. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will be posted on the website.
